| Room to Room Dialing |
| Simply dial the room number. In the lock out of a three-bedroom, simply dial the number 1 instead of the 0 in the room number. |
| Voice Mail System |
| There is a voice mail system in your room. To retrieve your messages, just follow the instructions printed on the telephone’s face plate. |
| Local Calls |
| Dial 9 for an outside line, then dial the number. Local calls are $.50 per call. There is an automatic charge after five rings. |
| Calling Cards or Collect Cards |
| Dial 0 and ask for an island operator. There is a $5.00 service charge for each call. |
| International Calls |
- Step 1-Dial 9 for an outside line
- Step 2-Dial 00 for international access
- Step 3-Dial the country code and phone number
There is an automatic charge after five rings. |

| With a purchase of a Setarnet Wifi card you can. Reception is best in the lobby area, however you may find reception at the pool and some of the patios. Purchase a Wifi card at the front desk for $35 for a 7-day card or $10 for a 24-hour card. Price subject to change. No refunds. |
Calling the Resort
- Dial your country entry code: 011 (when calling from the USA)
- Followed by Aruba's country code: 297
- Then dial the actual telephone number: 583-6911
- The recording will then ask you to enter the extension guest room number
- If the guest that you are calling is not in the room, you will have the option to record a message.
Therefore, if you would like to avoid going thru our main telephone line (297) 583-8000 with a life operator, then you must call (297) 583-6911.
When you are at the resort and you see a flashing light on your phone, this will indicate that a message was recorded on your phone for you, you can easily retrieve your messages by dialing 75 and follow the instructions. |
