In your convocation package some explanation of the Sundeck conversion to The Luxury Suites were given; specifically on pages 6, 7 and 8. In addition to these points that were mentioned, I would like to inform you that we will now start pre-selling The Luxury Suites.

These breathtaking Suites will be constructed on the south side of our building and will be built from the ground up; therefore the infrastructure would be put in place for the future addition of suites on the second and third floors.

Please allow me to share some details of these Luxury Suites.

4th Floor Luxury Suite Floorplan

• This magnificent Suite will be on the 4th floor (replacing the sundeck) and will boast over 6000 square feet in its entirety!
• The master bedroom will be 467.75 sqf, providing a comfortable sitting area, dressing room area, large walk-in closet, an oversized bathroom with a Jacuzzi and of course an entrance door that will lead you right on to the total wrap-around deck, which also features a large Jacuzzi. In the sitting area of the master bedroom one will also have an ocean view.
• Imagine, the size of this grandiose deck… of which some parts of the deck will be covered and the rest of the deck will feature the open balcony style, which will be enjoyed for sun bathing. This covered and open deck will measure a total of..1815 sqf! this space is large enough to have privacy if one wants; the children could play on one end while you relax quietly on the other side, isn’t this wonderful.
• The dining and living room will also be “roomy” and overlooking the ocean and a study area is also included. The kitchen will be in proximity of the dining and living room, but yet enough space separating both.
• The remaining bedrooms will all have their own bathrooms; bedroom nr. 2 and nr. 3 will have walk-in closets and bedroom nr. 4 will have a standard closet. The guests in bedroom nr. 2 will enjoy the ocean view with the easy access of their door to the open balcony.
• All bedrooms as you will see are quite spacious; bedroom nr. 2 will be 299.58 sqf/, bedroom nr. 3 247 sqf/, / bedroom nr. 4 169.92 sqf.
• For your convenience we have also the comparative measurements of an existing 3-bedroom suite, namely suite 5033.
• There are some other minor details that are not mentioned, but can easily be seen on the enclosed conceptual design.
• The possibility of a lockout also exists with this Luxury Suite.
• This fourth floor Luxury Suite can accommodate a layout of 4 bedrooms, 5 bedrooms or even 6 bedrooms..the decision lies with the buyer.

The purchase price for 51 weeks for this suite will be US$2.9 million dollars and maintenance fee would be US$1863 per week.

Remember, this not only includes a marvelous and luxurious suite, but also furniture, maid service, daily up keep, a maintenance week once per year and 24 hours security on premises.

5th Floor Luxury Suite Floorplan

• This Grand Luxury Suite will be built on the 5th floor (above the existing sundeck) and will measure over 5700 square feet in its entirety!
• This Luxury Suite will be just as great and is quite similar to the fourth floor Luxury Suite, as you will observe after perusing the design.
• The master bedroom will be 432.83 sqf, with a spacious ocean view sitting area, dressing room area, large walk-in closet, an oversized bathroom with a Jacuzzi and of course an entrance door that will lead you right on to the total wrap-around deck, which also features a large Jacuzzi.
• This huge deck that features open and covered terrace will measure…2332 sqf; you can almost “loose” yourself on this wonderful outdoor space…the size of the deck speaks for itself!
• The dining and living room space will also have an ocean view, the convenience of a study room is also thought of. The kitchen area is as spacious as you are probably accustomed to.
• Bedroom nr. 2 will have a walk-in closet and the guests that occupy this room will enjoy the ocean view. Bedroom nr. 3 will have the standard closet. All bedrooms will have the privacy of their bathrooms.

• A lockout option is also possible with this 3 Bedroom Luxury Suite.

The purchase price for 51 weeks for this fifth floor Luxury Suite will be US$2.6 million dollars and maintenance fee would be US$1740 per week.

Remember, this not only includes a marvelous and luxurious suite, but also furniture, maid service, daily up keep, a maintenance week once per year and 24 hours security on premises.
