Concierge Desk

Staff at the Concierge Desk will help you with restaurant reservations, flight confirmations, bus transfer confirmations, spa appointments, tour, water sport, dinner cruise and tropical show reservations. Open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Ext. 648

De Palm Tours Desk

For water sports, day trips, cruises and evening entertainment. Open daily from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Ext. 648

Lost and Found

Please contact the Housekeeping Department (Ext. 801) for lost items.

Ice

Ice machines are located next to the elevators on the second through the fifth floor in the North and South Wings.

Laundry

Self service laundromats and laundry detergent dispensers are located in the center wing on the second through the fifth floors. The cost of a wash is $3 US (2 tokens) and the dryer cycle is also $3 US (2 tokens). Detergent costs $1.50 US (1 token). Tokens can be obtained at the Front Office.

Professional and dry cleaning laundry service is available by contacting the Housekeeping department before 9 a.m. for next day service. Same day service is available at an extra charge of 25%. Laundry bags are provided in the bedroom drawer. Laundry service is not provided on Sundays and Holidays. For laundry pickup please call Housekeeping at extension: 801.

Electricity

110 volts. You need an adapter for appliances that operate on 220 volts.

Free Computer and Internet

Free computer and internet access for members and guests at the Sales and Marketing Office. This service is for adults only! There is a sign up log and a time limit of 15 minutes per unit. The two computers are available during the Sales.Office hours only.

Babysitting

Babysitting service can be arranged through the Activities Center (Ext. 647) or the Tour Desk in the lobby (Ext. 646).

Baby Cribs and High Chairs

Baby Cribs and High Chairs are available through the Housekeeping department at no charge. We recommend that you reserve them in advance. Rollaway beds are not available at Costa Linda.

Cell phone Rental

Please contact the Front Desk to rent a cell phone (ext. 5 or 6)

Taxi

Call the Operator at ext. 0 or Front Desk at ext. 5 or 6. Please take note that a surcharge will apply for services rendered after Midnight, on Sunday and holidays.

Buses

The local bus to town runs every 20 minutes from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday – Saturday.

Medical or Dental Services

Please contact the Hotel Operator for Medical or Dentist assistance.

Mail

Outgoing mail may be dropped in the red mailbox located at the lobby entrance. You may purchase stamps at the Mini Market.

Pets

Pets are not allowed on the Resort premises. Please do not feed iguanas, dogs or cats you may see in the gardens.

Water

The water in Aruba pure and safe to drink from the tap.

Emergency Exits

Please read and follow the emergency procedures posted on the back of your suite entrance door. Per our fire regulations and for your own safety and security,
we are forced to lock all emergency doors at all times and they will only be opened with your assigned room key.
