- How do I send email to Costa Linda?
A - Please use our contact form clicking here and select the Contacting a Guest option in the subject so that your email question will reach the proper department or person.
- What is the cab fare from the Airport to Costa Linda?
A - Taxis charge between US$17 and $19
- Where is the bus stop and how much is the fare?
A - The bus stop is directly outside of the Resort to the right and the fare is US$1.25 one way or US$2.00 round trip, you must have exact change.
- Can we use a laptop computer at the resort?
A - With a purchase of a Setarnet Wifi card you can. Reception is best in the lobby area, however you may find reception at the pool and some of the patios. Purchase a Wifi card at the front desk for $35 for a 7-day card or $10 for a 24-hour card. Price subject to change. No refunds.
- What is my password to access the Members Forums and Members Only area of the website?
A - To login into the Members Only Area you need to register your email address and to obtain your Personal Identification Number (PIN).Problems? Contact us.
- Do I need a password to post to the Rentals or Resales Boards?
A - No, Anyone can view your posts and reply to your posts on the Rentals and Resales Boards.
- How do I post a message on the Members Forums?
A - You only need to login as a member to start posting.
Note: the Forums are located in the Members Only area of the website.
- Are there any hair dryers in the rooms?
A - Yes, all master bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.
- Do you have tennis rackets and balls available?
A - The front office has tennis rackets for rent and tennis balls for sale. To reserve in advance your tennis racquets or cell phone, please visit the front desk or email.
- Are VCR's available for the room?
A - We have a limited stock of VCR's for rent at the Front Desk, please send us an email, fax, or just request it upon check in and wewill install it in your room. The cost is $8.00 per day / $50.00 per week
- Does Costa Linda provide wheelchairs?
A - Yes, we do have wheelchairs but they are limited, therefore we suggest that you contact us about 4 weeks prior to your arrival to reserve the wheel chair.
- Does Costa Linda have cribs, highchairs, strollers and playpens?
A - We do have cribs and highchairs, contact us 4 weeks prior to reserve these. Sorry, we do not have strollers or playpens.
- Are accommodations available for single nights?
A - Yes room reservations can be made for you for one or multiple nights, email us or phone extension 606 or 607.
- Does Costa Linda do direct in-house exchanges?
A - Yes, you exchange your unit for a different week at Costa Linda or into another spectacular destination in Curacao, Mexico, or St. Maarten. Visit the Owners only section.
- Can we let a guest use our timeshare week?
A - Yes, you can, we only require that you fax us an authorization prior to the arrival of your guests (at least 2 weeks). Fax your authorization to 011-297-583-6199 attention Reservations Department.
- Are there any bbq grills at the resort?
A - Yes, there are 2 bbq grills directly on the beach, please call for the operator to ignite the grill and advise them when you are finished using it. It is FREE of charge.
- Is there a facility for a small private gathering?
A - A private gathering can be kept at the Sun deck on the fourth floor. Simply make your reservations at the Front Desk. The Sun deck offers you a built in bbq grill, 2 Jacuzzi's, 2 restrooms, chairs and tables; a minimum clean up charge will apply.
- Is there a legal Procedure to add, remove or change names in our contract?

- What is my contract number?
A - The number on the right corner of your Purchase Agreement that reads contract #. The contract number is also displayed on your Share Certificate and Membership Card.
- Do you have notary on the island?
A - YES, we do have a notary on the island; the information is available at the Members Services Department. A fee applies.
- Can Costa Linda deposit our week for us?
A - No...Only owners are authorized to bank their weeks.
- Can any member of the family bank in RCI?
A - NO…Only those names registered on your contract.
- Can our guests use the facilities while we are here?
A - Yes, but you cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.
- Can members be given guest privileges to use the facilities at Costa Linda
during their stay on the island, if staying at another hotel?
A - No, members are only authorized to use the facilities when staying at Costa Linda (during their week(s), through an RCI exchange, or as a guest). We are sold out and our facilities are reserved for the exclusive usage of the members and guests staying at the resort.
- I recently divorced, may I deposit a week using my maiden name?
A - If your name has changed (divorce, married, etc) and you have not notified the resort to make the necessary changes, please continue using the name as written on your contract, since that is the information that we use to verify your deposit.
- Do we have to contact RCI again after paying a week that was denied for maintenance fee?
A - YES…Please re-deposit your week with RCI after paying your maintenance fee.
